Stainless Steel Has Company – Meet Black Ice Kitchen Appliances
Consumer Reports has noted that, when it comes to appliance finishes, the demise of stainless steel is predicted every time materials such as Jenn-Air’s Oiled Bronze, GE’s Slate, or Whirlpool’s White Ice have come onto the interior design scene.
When it comes to furnishing a loft, some of these new colors have taken off better than others, but none has come remotely close to taking the place of now traditional stainless steel. Stainless steel is easy to find pretty much everywhere. What is the newest trend for those who prefer something more original or more leading edge? Black stainless steel seems to be the latest and perhaps most appropriate darker replacement for ordinary stainless. Below are some alternative current kitchen appliance colors.
