The 10 Fifty will deliver the first batch of new-construction condos to hit the market in years, and the tower will feature 151 one and two-bedroom residences, with amenities such as a pool deck, a full-featured gym and a video screening room. It will also be the first condominium building in the area to have an Amazon-ready drone landing pad.  The $100 million project was initially conceived before the recession, but then stalled. Trumark Urban purchased the project in June 2014.
