Hi Rosalio, Thank you for your question. We are not able to help search for residential places that accept any live music or any loud noise. We don’t know of any in Downtown Los Angeles. For live musicians or other noisy tenants, a fully industrial property is the best choice, and the live musician should build a sound-insulated studio to keep in the noise.  The Brewery in Lincoln Heights occasionally has musical lofts available for lease. There might be a waiting list.
