Corey,  Are you aware of any apartment buildings downtown that will accept a Rottweiler?  Thank you.  —  Kevin P.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your email. While there are no buildings that are guaranteed to accept a Rottweiler, there are several that are more likely. The most pet-friendly buildings are listed in the LA Loft Blog at https://www.laloftblog.com/?s=pet and the buildings at the top of the list are most likely to accept a Rottweiler and other aggressive breeds provided that the dog is well-behaved.  —  Corey Chambers
