Like many other major metropolitan areas, the urban L.A. real estate market continues its downward trend, with Downtown taking the brunt of the downturn. The last 30 days showed twice as many property for sale, taking 60% longer to sell, with a median sold price $47,000 less than the same period last year. These numbers are based on real estate professionals MLS Multiple Listing Service market statistics for Downtown LA and nearby loft neighborhoods 23,42 and 1375.
