Disney Homes Palm Springs – New Development

Disney Homes planned for the Palm Springs area

Many of us in the Greater Los Angeles Area love Disney and all things charmed by the magic of Walt. In fact, some of us wish we could move into Disneyland and live there forever. Well, that wish can come true thanks to Disney’s busy imagineers. After their recent success in selling out large single family homes in an Orlando resort neighborhood, Disney subsidiaries and partners are currently designing homes in an area of Palm Springs popular with seniors.

From Storyliving by Disney, the new neighborhood called Cotino is a dream home come true for all ages, and will contain at least one section specifically for the mature crowd age 55 and over. Now under development, the highly anticipated new residences are expected to be under construction in the near future near Rancho Mirage.

On the site of the Sunnylands Annenberg estate, the development will be the largest project ever in Rancho Mirage, according to the Desert Sun.
