I think it’s nice to see options of the relatively “cheap” lofts available. I do think in real estate you get what you pay for, so finding a deal is great, but finding one in a safe neighborhood is greater. It’s OK to splurge if you can.
Yes the smaller units are usually cheaper and also the rentals outside of downtown cost less. South Park and Bunkerhill neighborhoods are generally safer.
