One of the best ways to find the most amazing loft for sale or for lease before the other buyers and renters nab the bargains is to get the best matches by email as soon as they are listed, the same day they come onto the market for rent or purchase.

Downtown Los Angeles attracts hundreds of prospective new Downtowners every day.  They are looking for high ceilings, open space with character, lots of windows and natural light, in the best walking areas near coffee, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and pubic transportation.

For the best chance to get a cool pad before competing urbanites take it off the market, new Downtowners can request priority access to hot, new listings.

Today, there are too many prospective home buyers and not enough good deals to choose from. Most would-be renters and buyers are either finding prices too high to afford, or, when a good deal is found, getting outbid by other buyers.

The most effective strategies are to beat out the other buyers to the best deals by getting priority access and getting proprietary information on unlisted hot properties and cool rentals that other buyers don’t know about. Get new listings by email as soon as they come onto the market. Fill out the online form:

Alta Lofts Rental Fraud Alert – RentalList.com-Aerialink Identity Theft Scam

FRAUD ALERT    FRAUD ALERT    FRAUD ALERT    FRAUD ALERT

apartmentlist-aerialink-fraud-260-407-8063-alert

“I found a great deal on a rental at Alta Lofts 200 N San Fernando Rd Apt 303 for only $560.00.”  —  NOT!!!

There is no such deal.  Alta lofts rent for more around $2,000 to $3,000 per month. The scammers and fraudsters are not taking a vacation this holiday season.  Now that the L.A. Loft Blog’s anti-fraud alerts and aggressive counter-attacks against Craigslist scammers have had an effect, the fraudsters are using other websites and now apps to propagate fake rental listings and steal personal information such as social security numbers for identity theft.

The scammers do not answer their phone.  They text to tell the unsuspecting victim to fill out an online rental application so they can sell the social security number and other identity info. The original website is not clear, but it fraudulent postings are also on apartmentlist.com and apartments.com.

If the price is extremely low, the owner/manager/agent is not available to meet in person or talk on the phone, it is likely a scam.  Do not give your personal information unless you meet in person or talk on the phone to an advertised phone number. If you suspect this type of scam, then flag the post to report it, and then contact the police.
