To Area Hotel Managers, Real Estate Professionals and Residents:

As real estate professionals and publishers of the LA Loft Blog, my team and I have been writing a continuing series of blog post articles about a prolific, active real estate / hotel scammer by the name of Drew Christian Donovan AKA Christian Andrews AKA Jimmy Wayne Jackson.

We have just received a reader report on his whereabouts, which indicates that he may be in the vicinity and/or employ of Thousand Oaks hotels. Donovan has exhibited a Modus Operandi that includes exploiting real estate professionals, banks and hotels to generate an air of legitimacy in the course of his routine operations to trick and defraud businesses and residents into giving him large amounts of money and unpaid services.
