Sluts in Downtown Los Angeles – Pershing Square Does It Again, DTLA Home Prices

October brings the Amber Rose Slut Walk event to the Historic Core.

While L.A. Loft Blog readers are decidedly not very slutty, DTLA and nearby loft communities deserve a very high score score for balance and choice when it comes to sex, love and social interactions.  For many loft dwellers, L.A. urban sexuality has been sufficiently uninhibited while keeping appropriately private pretty much of the time. Downtown’s Slutwalk is about much more than the right to be a slut. #slutwalk #dtla

SlutWalk

The event’s message is that women have the right to be sluts or merely to dress slutty, sexy, skimpy, self-styled, and to express themselves when they want and on their own terms. That means ending rape culture, slut shaming and body shaming.  It’s also about supporting those who have been assaulted.  Women do not want to be objectified when they are trying to live their lives their own way. Sexual assault should not be part of anyone’s life experience.  All women and all persons deserve to be sexual at the time and place, and with the partner of mutual chosing.

HOME PRICES  —  Did you miss the 2018 Slutwalk? If so, you might need to live closer to the action. Across the street from SB Grand Lofts, Pershing Square has been the place for free speech and demonstrations for many decades if not hundreds of years.  Downtown Los Angeles is the place to proclaim that all women, all people deserve to be treated with full respect at all times.

A very musical and mystical month of entertainment in DTLA attracts home buyers to original luxury lofts in the Arts District.

Plenty of music artists are appearing in Downtown L.A. this month.  That includes the melodic Aquadolls performing tonight at 1720 E 16th St.  Those seeking Halloween thrills can find plenty of frightening activities at TimeOut and the Oct 31 Club and Bar Crawl.  #dtla #music #october

He just might be even prettier than the Aquadolls! Taeyong, the standout artist of hiphop k-pop group NCT127 paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live and DTLA.  Taeyong is often singled out as the most handsome out of a zillion guyliner prettyboyband K-pop artists.  Known for more than is his refined relevant rap, dance and songwriting talent, the star is also known as one of the cleanest guys on the planet. The germaphobe washes each of his clothing articles individually even though they never have any sign of soil or odor.  Let’s hope that some of his tidiness and fresh scent rubs off on the city center.
