Corey Chambers Net Worth

The Net Worth of Real Estate Professional Corey Chambers

While Corey Chambers facilitates up to $7 million per year in Greater Los Angeles real estate transactions, the value of all non-financial and financial assets owned by Corey Chambers minus the value of all of his outstanding liabilities produces his net worth. #coreychambers #networth

Corey Chambers gauges his own success by the financial results that he helps his client achieve. His goal is to raise the net worth of his clients, and he’s succeeded greatly in that.  Since 2010, he’s helped thousands of families and individuals to buy, sell and lease more than $39 million in real estate transactions, creating an additional net worth of more than $27 million for his clients and beneficiaries.  Chambers helped broker Keller Williams grow to be the largest residential real estate company in the U.S, and he’s now a Broker Associate with Realty Source Inc.

Real Estate and Other Holdings

In addition to being an agent, Corey Chambers is also an investor who has partner ownership in Los Angeles real estate.  Chambers claims to have a net worth of less than $1 million, however that may not include the value of Chambers 300+ real estate websites and domains, nor does it include the goodwill value of his ownership of Entar.com and the registered trademark that Chambers owns.

The Chambers Team is on a mission to raise $25,000 for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Helping Hands Fund. They do this by donating to them a portion of their income from homes that they sell.  Details at www.ReferralsHelpKids.com

Corey Chambers Career Bio:

Chambers has been an entrepreneur since the age of three, when his older brothers and father accidentally made too many chocolates, pouring melted chocolate into shaped candy molds. After ending up with a quantity of candies too voluminous for one family to consume, the guys decided to sell them in front of the house, and his dad built a chocolate stand. He would go on of course to lemonade stands, door-to-door sales, wholesaling, network marketing, radio, television, film, advertising and online marketing.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force Space Command communications and information systems squadrons leadership, Corey has most recently been instrumental in the growth of Downtown Los Angeles real estate for more than 10 years. Downtown’s Real Life Halloween Horror: Squalor and Typhus Outbreak in Los Angeles

Homeless Haunted by Hideous Hazard

We tried to find some more fun Halloween entertainment choices today, but could not ignore the real scary news stories this Halloween that are unfortunately true tales of fright. The number of patients in Los Angeles’ typhus outbreak has surpassed 100, according to NBC News. Observers see a clear correlation between the rise of typhus and the area’s 47 percent increase in homelessness since 2012. #dtla #typhus #halloween

7 SCARY MISTAKES FOR HOMESELLERS TO AVOID – FREE REPORT

A typhus infection can cause headache, high fever and, in rare cases, meningitis and death.  Feces from infected fleas and ticks are rubbed into cuts or scrapes in the skin or rubbed into the eyes.  The bacterial disease can then also be transferred by people, carriers without symptoms, such as restaurant workers. It is also spread by mites including body lice and chiggers.

Ed P. Reyes River Greenway – L.A. Parks atrociously unsanitary, neglected by the city and overrun by real and increasing dangers of harm from homeless pets and rodents.

Nearly 10% of all L.A. Area cases have been downtown, where squalid conditions in the skid row neighborhood, such as piles of trash and conspicuous rats, have contributed to the outbreak. Department of Public Health said that no typhus deaths have been registered in 2018. While the city has taken some measures, such as increasing cleaning budgets, the dangerous conditions continue to grow. Homeless with dogs and huge rat populations continue to increase unsanitary garbage and unsafe conditions in Los Angeles streets and parks.

Horrors of Downtown Drugs, Violence and Disease

The outbreak follows other recent homeless-related outbreaks, including Hepatitis and drug gang violence. Local homeless services leaders say that local, state and federal governments are not treating this like the emergency that it is. While waiting for officials to clean up this mess, please enjoy this Rodentz horror film trailer.
